Took over land just to make sure he had it all sewed up for the river fishing. No one can park any place on the 2 roads, 13 & 5, to fish. They have to park at his lot & pay him $30.00 per person to fish the water, that he says he owns the land under it.
When the big wigs (Pres Bush Sr. & others) go there, of course they fish for nothing.He gets deer permits from the state, and charges (I heard $200-300) hunters to hunt there, and gives them a permit for their deer. How fair is that? I don't think deer permits were made to sell. But he's making a profit, and that is all they care.
Do a search on the Oswego County Tax Records, and see what they own. They make major improvements at the mansion, and the taxes don't go up. Read it yourself, says 1960 was the last time anything was done there.
What would yours go up if you put a new slate roof on your whole house? They don't even list the roof as tax inprovement. And that was done about 4-5 years ago.Willie went to school with Allen Manwearing from the Big M...some one should dig into that a bit more, you'd be surprised what you'd find!!!
